Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Send items back within: 21 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

Stock items may be returned for a refund or exchange if you’re unhappy with the purchase or if it gets damaged en route, please contact us within 14 days and return the item within 21 days.

Commissioned items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged as they will have been created specifically for you.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


We aim to have items on their way within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs vary. We base our shipping rates on the weight being shipped, the destination it’s being shipped to, and the shipping method selected.

Items will be well packaged and normally sent by Royal Mail or MyHermes. If you are in a hurry then we can investigate the cost of expedited shipping options for you.

We are happy to send an item anywhere in the world, however there are some countries with restrictions, for example we have discovered that Australia doesn’t allow some wooden items to be imported, so unfortunately some items can’t be sent. We will check out each new destination before posting to see if it’s possible for you to receive your item.


Paypal is preferred as it’s super simple, like a tabloid crossword, but if you aren’t keen on PayPal then please get in touch and we will see what we can arrange.

I’m very happy to do custom orders, whether you want something specific like an owl in flight on a plaque, or something you’re not so sure about like a mouse driving a camper van made of Swiss cheese on a box, then just drop me a line and I’ll come up with some designs.
